1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Pro K9 website (prok9.co.uk) and all products and services offered by Pro K9 Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or purchasing our products/services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Services

We offer the following products and services:

  • Online coaching subscriptions and courses
  • Live seminars and training events
  • 1-2-1 dog training sessions
  • Dog training equipment and accessories
  • The NeMo® System training methodology

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
  • An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered for a specific product.

5. Digital Products & Online Courses

  • Access to online courses and coaching subscriptions is granted upon successful payment.
  • Course content is for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed.
  • Subscription services renew automatically at the stated interval unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Seminars & Events

  • Seminar bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Seminars include breakfast and lunch as stated in the event description.
  • We reserve the right to change venue, date, or instructor with reasonable notice. In such cases, you may request a full refund if the changes are not suitable.
  • Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their dogs at all times.
  • Dogs must be under control at all times during events.

7. 1-2-1 Training Sessions

  • All new dogs require an initial induction, including a video assessment.
  • The initial phone consultation is free of charge.
  • Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) are non-refundable.

8. Physical Products & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch physical products within 3-5 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
  • Please check items upon receipt and report any damage or defects within 7 days.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Physical products: You have 14 days from receipt to return unused, undamaged items for a full refund (in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Return postage is at your expense.
  • Digital products: Once accessed or downloaded, digital products are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
  • Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time; no refund is given for the current billing period.
  • Seminars: Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the event; 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days before; no refund within 7 days of the event.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, course materials, and the NeMo® System methodology, is the intellectual property of Pro K9 Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Dog training involves inherent risks. You are responsible for your dog and any damage or injury caused by your dog during training sessions, seminars, or as a result of applying techniques learned through our services.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
